We had set up Planning Commission with the best talents of the country, producing five-year plans, annual plans and mid-term reviews. We have built great organizations in great numbers too. We call them authorities, for example Unique Identity Authority of India, Telecom Regulatory Authority, Indian Highway Authority etc. But the planning process is a continuous process. WE ERR & LEARN. I had a hard time sleeping that night because my brain just kept on running through everything I had just learned. I woke up the next morning, made 3 mindmaps, developed my blog, helped about 10 people set up their blogs, and just generally felt like I was more productive than I had ever been!
